Condotti

A woman in a full orange skirt and straw hat crosses the cobblestones at the foot of Via dei Condotti, caught mid-stride against the shuttered ochre facades of Piazza di Spagna. The square stays sharp from front to back, so the eye finds her by color rather than by blur. Nothing was arranged. She walked through the frame and was gone.
